Sup Yoga and Fitness Class
Join us for a gentle SUP yoga session sandwiched between two paddling sessions. This event is open to anyone 12 and up with basic paddling skills and the ability to self rescue if they fall off their boards. In this 1.5 hour session you can expect a 20 minute paddle along the shoreline from the Forebay Aquatic Center out to a quiet cove where you will be guided through a gentle 30-40 minute yoga session and the most relaxing Savasanna of your life, immersed in the sights and sounds of nature, followed by a paddle back to the aquatic center.
